Refunds
If you ask within 7 days of a payment, we will refund it in full. Email us and include the email address on your account.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from your account. Your plan ends at the end of the period you have paid for.
Billing questions
If you see a charge you do not recognize, please contact us before disputing it with your bank. We can usually sort it out quickly.
