This policy explains what information Loreline collects and how we use it.
1. What we collect
Your name and email, the details of your plan and orders, your support requests, and the files and backups for your server. Payments are handled by Stripe, so we never see or store your card number. We also keep basic technical logs, such as IP addresses and account activity, for security and troubleshooting.
2. How we use it
To run the service, bill you, answer your requests, keep things secure, and follow the law. We do not use your information for advertising.
3. Who we share it with
We use trusted providers for payments, hosting, backup storage, email and security, and they only receive what they need to do their job. We do not sell your personal information. We may share information if the law requires it, or to protect the safety of people or the service.
4. Your files
We do not look at your files except to run the service, help with a request, look into a problem or abuse, or when the law requires it.
5. Cookies
We only use the cookies needed to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
6. How long we keep it
We keep your information while you have an account and as long as we need it for billing, security and legal reasons. When your service ends, we delete your server data as described in our Terms. Backups age out over time.
7. Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no system is completely secure.
8. Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information by emailing us. We will help unless we need to keep something for legal or security reasons.
9. Children
Loreline accounts are for adults 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. If a change matters, we will tell you by email before it takes effect.
